Mizata

An extraordinary place, considered the most beautiful in the area, with abundant lush tropical vegetation surrounding the beach, providing an attractive natural setting for everyone.

The beach is divided in two by a breakwater: on one side a sandy beach that stretches approximately one kilometer, and on the other, a spot exclusively for surfing.

Because of the perfect shape of its waves and its privacy for spending the day in peace, surfing becomes its main attraction. The extreme tranquility of Mizata also offers the ideal place to relax.

Mizata beach is located on the border between the department of La Libertad and Sonsonate. If traveling by vehicle, it is recommended to follow the Litoral highway. Mizata is found after the fourth clearly marked tunnel. It is positioned between the beaches Los Cobanos and El Zonte.
